Terms and Conditions
Payment
Full payment of the rent and damage deposit, in the amount specified on the booking form, shall be required for booking confirmation.
Damage Fee
Covers stains, marks, and damage to upholstery, walls, or appliances will be charged based on the actual extent of the damage, as assessed by Boulevard15.
Loss or damage to any decorative items will be charged according to the rates specified in the Appendix attached to the booking form.
Booking Confirmation
Booking confirmation will be sent via email once the following steps have been completed.

Signing of the booking form and the appendix
Pets
Each pet is subject to an extra charge of 1,000 THB.
Extra Charges for MV / Film Production
Electricity for MV and film production is 3,000 THB per day.
In case of over 20 crews, each extra crew is subject to a charge of 350 THB.
Overtime
Overtime charge is 2,500 THB per hour. (Over 30 minutes counts as an hour)
Prohibited Use of Premises
Boulevard15 prohibits the use of the premises for filming or recording any activities, events, or products that violate Thai laws. The creation, publication, or dissemination of such media is strictly prohibited.
Noise
No loud noise is allowed at any time.
Our Provision
Includes cloth hangers, irons, wifi, cord extender and camera stand, all available free of charge.
Parking Space
Two parking slots are available on site free of charge. Please note that no vehicles are allowed to park in front of the property.
